The staff concept was built for a costume I made for my first-ever visit to the Labyrinth of Jareth Masquerade Ball in Los Angeles. I’ve wanted to go to this for years, ever since I first heard about it. Some Mermaid friends of mine were performing at the ball this year, and so I finagled my way in and worked like a madwoman to complete this LED Dragon Goddess costume.
LED Dragon headdress will be documented in another post soon — great story there. But here are a few pics from the ball! I will definitely be going to this event again. I had SUCH a marvelous night! It was magical!!
